I highly recommend Lancaster County Barns. I have purchased 3 structures from them. The first was an office shed, the second was a goat shed, and the third was a cottage. They provide custom, affordable, high-quality structures. They offer many choices to fit your budget and they will try to accommodate your desires the best they can. I have worked with Erika designing all of my structures, and she is extremely patient and easy to work with despite my overwhelming amount of emails and changes. The design software on their website is also great at helping you plan what you want. 

Erika understands what you want and can make it into reality because of her knowledge of the construction of the structures. Lancaster County Barns is very flexible with just about everything. If you ask for something that is not offered, Erika will check with her team, and most of the time, they can accommodate your request. 

I couldn’t be happier with all of my buildings. They are beautiful, solid, and will last a lifetime 

Oh the delivery! Abner delivers your structure all by himself. He is a magician. For all 3 of my structures, most other people would have told me that it cannot be placed where I want it to be, but not Abner. Every spot I chose was challenging, let alone difficult to even drive to. I actually think he likes the challenge. All around, 10 out of 10!
