Transforming Spaces: Our Deluxe Cape Cod Shed

In our latest project, we customized the Deluxe Cape Cod model. This specific model sets itself apart from the original Cape Cod model with unique design elements, larger dimensions, and distinctive roof features. We worked closely with our clients from start to finish, resulting in a stunning outdoor addition.
This Deluxe Cape Cod model is fitted with trending black lap siding. The simplicity of the all-black design adds an understated elegance, allowing the shed to blend seamlessly into its surroundings while enhancing the natural beauty of the space.Complementing the structure, we added a roof dormer and black transom windows that flood the space with natural lighting. To increase brightness, we customized a beautiful window cupola topped with copper.

The Deluxe Cape Cod features larger wall heights and a taller roof than the classic model, with dimensions ranging from 8' wide (76" walls) to 14' wide (60" walls).
